Your orders are packed and sealed carefully ensuring you a total fulfilment on receiving the goods, you ordered from us, at your doorstep. The courier partners we have chosen to reach your products to you are trusted for their seamless delivery records.

What shipping methods do you offer?

We offer 2 shipping methods - Cash on Delivery and Prepaid. 

Cash on delivery is offered to customers only for orders below the value of Rs 5,000.

If a Cash on Delivery order is rejected at the time of delivery once, Petoska reserves the right to restrict this shipping option on further orders on case to case basis. 

What shipping charges can I expect to incur?

For any orders above Rs. 499, shipping is free!

For orders below Rs. 499, we have a flat Rs 75 COD charges.

What locations do you ship to?

We ship to 18,000+ pin codes pan India to every lovely pet family & animal lovers.

How long will my delivery take?

We understand how excited you and your pets are to receive the Petoska product parcels. Hence, we make sure your delivery reaches you soon. We dispatch your orders within 12 hrs on working days. 

Once dispatched, your order may take up to 4-5 working days to be delivered at your door step in any part of India.

There could be times when the product delivery is delayed by our courier partners due to external factors, outside of our and their control. Nonetheless, you can always track the status of your parcel with us and stay updated!

Who will be delivering my order?

We have teamed up with some trusted courier partners for your convenience. However, please note that for any remote Pincode, we may utilize the services of other courier partners active in that region.

You will receive an automatically generated tracking ID on every order. This will help you track and trace your order status. 

How do I cancel or change my order?

To cancel your order, please email us at or communicate with us via chat bot on our website. If we have already processed your order, we may not be able to cancel it. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more details. 

If you need to change your shipping address once your order has been placed, please reach out to us within 8 hours of placing the order. If the order has already been dispatched, we will not be able to change the shipping address.
